There’s something powerful about looking back and realizing that the dots actually did connect, even when you didn’t know what picture they were creating.

For years, I balanced motherhood, career shifts, and passion projects that felt “on the side.” I earned my Master’s in HR Management, became a certified resume writer, and later a certified digital career strategist and HR Business Partner. I thought I was just collecting skills I loved. I didn’t realize I was building a foundation.

Then life happened. I lost my father in 2019. I became a mom (twice!). I got sourced for my dream job and poured my heart into helping others grow their careers. But when my second maternity leave rolled around, I could feel change in the air. I knew it was time to align everything I had learned and loved.

So, I built Aligned Solutions—a space where I could help others achieve clarity, confidence, and stability, just like I had to find for myself.

Because for so long, I felt disconnected... doing good work, but not always in the right place. Today, I want to help others skip that step. To find alignment faster. To trust themselves sooner. To build careers, brands, and businesses that feel good and do good.
