    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          There was a time when I thought recruiting was simple.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Post the job.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Send resumes.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Hope it works.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But after experiencing instability, professionally and personally, I see hiring differently.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          This recent placement wasn’t just about filling a role.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          It was about protecting a small medical practice from disruption.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          We filled it in 21 days.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But what I’m proud of is what happened before interviews.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          We asked uncomfortable questions:
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Is this income stable?
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Can you commit?
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Are you aligned with policy?
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Because clarity prevents chaos.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Hiring wrong doesn’t just cost money.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          It costs energy.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          And small businesses don’t have energy to waste.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Recruiting, when done strategically, is an act of protection.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Protection of time.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Protection of systems.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Protection of growth.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          That’s how I approach it now.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Not as a recruiter.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But as a business partner.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           There’s a moment every HR manager experiences —
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           the moment they open their laptop and feel the weight before the work even begins.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          It’s not the emails.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It’s not the meetings.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It’s not even the emergencies.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          It’s the invisible pressure of holding everything together.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          HR is the quiet backbone of an organization.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We listen.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We mediate.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We teach.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We reassure.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We clean up what others didn’t think through.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We carry emotional residue that isn’t ours.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But here’s the truth we rarely acknowledge:
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          We aren’t meant to hold all of this alone.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          HR doesn’t need to “be stronger.”
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          HR needs systems, ones that protect their energy as much as they protect the business.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          The first time I learned this was during my own burnout.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          I wasn’t tired; I was depleted by the lack of structure around me.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It wasn’t my capability; it was my environment.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          And that’s when I started creating the systems I wished I had.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          Breathing room.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          If you’re an HR manager who feels stretched thin…
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          You’re not failing.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          You’re operating without the support you deserve.

           What is sustainable?
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           What is my real capacity?
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           What does my business need, not what I feel pressured to do?

          When you’re tired, scared, rebuilding, stressed, or overwhelmed, your budget becomes the anchor that keeps you from drowning.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

          Survival Mode Builds Businesses — But It Can’t Scale Them

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Most businesses are built in survival mode.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          You do what’s needed.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          You step in where there’s a gap.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          You wear every hat because you
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          have to
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          .
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But survival structures don’t age well.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Roles blur.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Responsibilities pile up.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Boundaries disappear.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          And suddenly, the business feels heavier instead of freer.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          That doesn’t mean you failed.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It means the business has outgrown the structure that once worked.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Clarity Isn’t Cold — It’s Kind
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          When I started reframing clarity as an act of care, everything shifted.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Clear roles don’t limit people.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          They
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          protect
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           them.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          They protect energy.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          They protect confidence.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          They protect trust.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           They also protect
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           you,
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          the founder who’s been carrying more than anyone realizes.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Alignment Is a Practice, Not a Personality Trait
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Some people are naturally organized.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Some teams communicate easily.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But alignment doesn’t come from personality.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It comes from intention.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          From pausing long enough to ask:
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           Who owns this?
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           What does success look like?
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           Where does my responsibility end?
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          When those questions are answered, leadership feels lighter.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          And work stops living only in your head.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          2025 reminded me of this truth again:
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          You don’t need to become a different kind of leader.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          You just need a clearer system to lead from.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          And clarity, even small clarity, changes everything.

          1. Rest Is Not a Reward. It’s a Requirement.

          This year reminded me that rest isn’t something you “earn.”
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It’s something your future self depends on.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          I used to think I needed to push through fatigue to prove my momentum.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          But the truth?
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Momentum grows when you pause long enough to see your direction clearly.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          2. Rebuilding Takes Courage, Not Perfection
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Being laid off shook me.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           It forced me to ask:
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           “Who am I when the job title disappears?”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           A voice

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           A direction
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           A brand rooted in purpose
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Rebuilding isn’t linear.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          But it’s deeply transformative.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

          Every day this year I had to ask myself:

          “Is this decision rooted in fear… or alignment?”

          The more I chose alignment, the lighter everything felt.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Not the shock, but the silence that came afterward.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          The confusion.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          The questions.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          The feeling of being both grateful and blindsided at once.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Moments like this always remind me why I created

          It wasn’t a business idea.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It was a response to a feeling I never wanted anyone else to experience, the feeling of being an afterthought in a decision that reshaped your life.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Companies talk a lot about innovation, speed, simplification, transformation…
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          But when people are involved, speed isn’t a strategy.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Humanity is.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          A reduction doesn’t have to leave people feeling lost.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Leaders don’t have to fumble through the hardest part of their job.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          And companies don’t have to damage their reputation in one afternoon.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          We can do layoffs with intention.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We can acknowledge the contributions.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We can give people a path, not just a notification.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We can transition with grace, for everyone involved.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           People deserve to feel valued in the process.

  &lt;/ol&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

          In March, I was laid off.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Today, I help business owners find clarity where chaos used to live.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

          Recently, I worked with a company that was quietly bleeding money and didn’t even realize it.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Returns mishandled.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          A warehouse team frustrated with sales.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          An owner drowning in operations.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           At first glance, it looked like “people problems.”
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
           But underneath, it was really
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          money slipping through cracks,
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           one small misstep at a time.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          The business didn’t need more meetings or motivation.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          It needed structure. Clarity. A rhythm that made sense.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Together, we started with what they did have, good people, good intentions, and a business worth saving and turned those pieces into a system.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          We built SOPs, improved communication between departments, and clarified accountability.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          It wasn’t glamorous work. But it worked.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          As a mom and founder, I know what it’s like to juggle ten things at once, to miss what’s right in front of you because you’re just trying to keep up.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           That’s why I approach every business intervention with both
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          empathy and strategy
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          .
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          Because sometimes, the best way to help a team grow isn’t to push harder, it’s to pause, observe, and realign.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           reminded me of something powerful:

           the biggest wins often come from fixing what seems small.

          A clear process. A single conversation. A documented handoff.

          Those little shifts become turning points and sometimes, lifelines.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

          One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a solopreneur is this:
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          before you delegate, you have to understand.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           When I first started building my brand online, I wanted everything to feel
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          intentional
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           — the tone, the colors, the visuals, all of it. So, like many of us do, I partnered with a creative agency whose work I admired. Their social media presence was beautiful, polished, and strategic. I was instantly drawn in.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          For two months, I worked closely with them, learning, testing, observing.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          And while the final results weren’t exactly what I envisioned, that experience turned out to be one of the most valuable investments I’ve ever made.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           Because it gave me something that no agency could:
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          clarity.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          The Clarity That Changed Everything
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Through that partnership, I realized exactly what I wanted and equally important, what I didn’t.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          I discovered the tone, the rhythm, and the feeling I wanted my brand to convey.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           But as I began to launch Aligned Solutions, I knew one thing for sure:
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
           I
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          needed to be able to maintain that look and feel on my own
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          , without having to depend on someone else every time I needed a post, a promo, or a new design.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           When I walked through BE Fest, I didn’t just see booths. I saw
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          faces
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          . Tired, hopeful, determined faces.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           So I asked:
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “What worries you most about your business right now?”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          And their answers weren’t polished. They were raw.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           “I just need my business to be profitable.”
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           “I want B2B clients, but I’m drowning in admin chaos.”
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           “I don’t want to lose my creativity as I scale.”
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Those answers reminded me of my own journey. When I launched Aligned Solutions, I felt the same: pulled between wanting to grow and not wanting to lose myself in the process.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

          Here’s what I’ve learned:

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✨ Profitability is about protecting your energy as much as your money. If you’re drained, your business is too.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✨ Clients show up when you communicate clearly, not just in your pitch, but in your structure. People trust order.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✨ Creativity doesn’t disappear when systems enter the picture. It actually thrives, because the “noise” gets out of the way.

          When I was laid off, I saw how broken the hiring system really was.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
          People were rushed into roles without support, expected to “figure it out,” and left burned out.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           That experience changed how I see hiring.
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
           Today, I build recruiting around
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          alignment first
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          . Because no hire, no matter how talented, can succeed in a system that isn’t ready for them.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

          Here’s what that looks like:

           1️⃣ I slow down to ask the tough questions before a job post goes live.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           2️⃣ I check if onboarding, systems, and leadership are prepared.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           3️⃣ If they’re not, we intervene first, so the hire doesn’t walk into chaos.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           It’s not the fastest way to hire, but it’s the smartest. And it means people aren’t just hired, they’re set up to

          When I was laid off, no one helped me update my resume.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           No one explained the decision in a way that felt human.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           No one said, “This isn’t your fault.”
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           It was just: email. Meeting. Goodbye.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          I was a manager, a top performer, and a mother trying to hold it together. And yet, in that moment—I was invisible.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          That experience lit a fire in me. Because I realized: layoffs are inevitable. But the way we handle them? That’s a choice.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          —the business leader. You deserve to lead with integrity, even in hard decisions. You deserve to protect your brand, reduce legal and emotional fallout, and sleep at night knowing you did right by your team.

          I walked into a company that looked successful on the surface.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Revenue was growing. Teams were expanding.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But under the hood?
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           People were exhausted.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Not lazy. Not resistant.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Just trying to hold it all together with no clear way to connect the dots.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          One department was behind on scheduling.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Another was waiting on payments.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Another couldn’t get answers from the field.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          I sat quietly in a team meeting where updates were shared, but no problems were being solved together.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          And I realized:
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          The issue wasn’t performance.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           It was perspective.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           So we didn’t start with fancy tools.
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            We started with one powerful question:
           &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          “What does success actually look like — and who needs to be in sync to make that happen?”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          From that one question, we created clarity.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           We mapped out responsibilities.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           We opened up safe space for collaboration.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          And suddenly:
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✔️ Payments moved faster.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✔️ Teams supported each other.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           ✔️ Friction gave way to flow.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          That’s what alignment does.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           It doesn’t demand more from people.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           It gives people the clarity and confidence to do their best work — together.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
          If your team feels stuck, the answer might not be more pressure.
          &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           It might be more connection.
         &#xD;

           There’s something powerful about looking back and realizing that the dots actually
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          did
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           connect, even when you didn’t know what picture they were creating.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          For years, I balanced motherhood, career shifts, and passion projects that felt “on the side.” I earned my Master’s in HR Management, became a certified resume writer, and later a certified digital career strategist and HR Business Partner. I thought I was just collecting skills I loved. I didn’t realize I was building a foundation.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

          Then life happened. I lost my father in 2019. I became a mom (twice!). I got sourced for my dream job and poured my heart into helping others grow their careers. But when my second maternity leave rolled around, I could feel change in the air. I knew it was time to align everything I had learned and loved.
